Join our team at Copeland Oaks as a Full time afternoon LPN Supervisor in our Assisted Living Memory Care Unit. Copeland Oaks is a senior community for adults 55 and older in every stage of living - all in one beautiful village-like setting. Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It's an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. We offer complete independent living with added options ranging from light housekeeping and meals to memory care and skilled nursing assistance to an onsite medical center.

Our Assisted Living residents are able to live in a "nearly independent" apartment like setting, while having the reassurance of onsite nursing assistance and services.

As an LPN Supervisor in our Memory Care Unit, you can expect a dynamic role that involves specialized care while overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to team members, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the highest level of patient care is maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates are LPNs in good standing with the State of Ohio. Prior experience working with memory care residents is a plus.
