We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our clients team located in Cincinnati Ohio.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a warehouse environment while also interacting with drivers and coordinating daily shipments.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Check in and assist truck drivers upon arrival

Review and process shipping/receiving paperwork

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth loading/unloading

Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies

Maintain organized records of deliveries and shipments

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred

Comfortable working both at a desk and on the warehouse floor

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)

Dependable and punctual
