Maintenance Technician (30 To 35 An Hour)

Maintenance Technician - 32/hr - Direct Placement

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Conduct reactive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment independently.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, including motors, switchgears, safety circuits, and power distribution devices.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial electrical diagnostic troubleshooting, including up to 480v systems.
• Knowledge of prox switches, relays, motor starters, temperature probes, level sensors, and flow meters.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Logix 5000 systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, automotive facility is a plus.
• Understanding of Arc Flash safety is a plus.

The work environment is fast-paced and primarily involves individual work. It is important to note that the facility is non-climate controlled, so adaptability to varying temperatures is required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $67912.00 - $69264.00/yr.
