We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will report to the CFO and is responsible for managing the general ledger, supervising accounting staff and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

DUTIES OF THE POSITIONAs the Full Time Accounting Manager at Copeland Oaks, your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger; preparing monthly financial statements; managing month-end and year-end closing processes; maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements; assisting with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting; support annual audits and required financial reporting; developing and maintaining internal accounting controls and procedures.; supervise and support accounting staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience required
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
