General Labor / Manufacturing Associate

What You’ll Do

• Support daily production tasks in a steel manufacturing environment
• Unload finished products from machines and prepare them for shipment
• Assist with material handling and movement of product throughout the facility
• Operate basic machinery and tools (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, secure workspace

Skills That Help You Succeed

• Machine operation
• Construction or assembly experience
• Ability to use measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Openness to working at least 5 hours of overtime per week
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train motivated candidates

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr.
