Job Title: Kitchen Design Specialist and Sales

Job Summary:

Our growing business seeks an experienced, motivated Kitchen Designer and Sales Representative to greet customers, help them find what they need and up sell our cabinetry. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities and Duty:

· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and out comes within schedule

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

· Continuously improve through feedback

Work Hours and Location:

· The Work hours will be Monday through Friday (or Tuesday through Saturday) 8am – 5pm Eastern Time but hours will vary as necessitated by business. Occasional evening and weekend work are required.

Location: Waverly, OH where our warehouse is located.

Requirements and Experience:

• Must be well-organized and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with computers and have basic computer literacy (ERP system, Microsoft Office, Smartphones, Emails, Internet Research, and Basic Computer Troubleshooting).
• A high school diploma or higher.
• 3+ years’ sales experience
• Worked with Cabinetry and related industry preferred
• Able to resolve conflicts amicably with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15 Per Hour plus commission
