We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Attorney or Paralegal with one to five years of experience to join a growing litigation team. This role offers hands on case responsibility, mentorship, and long term growth within an established firm.

Responsibilities
- Manage workers’ compensation litigation matters
- Appear at hearings and proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal filings
- Conduct discovery and case strategy development
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with litigation support staff and firm leadership
Requirements
- JD and licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible for admission, or paralegal certification with relevant litigation experience
- One to five years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury is a plus
- Strong writing, communication, and advocacy skills
- Desire to grow long term within a litigation focused practice
