SUD Peer Recovery and Concierge
:
Responsibilities:? Greet new clients upon admission, ensure they are comfortable and orientated to their new surroundings.
? Ensure all forms, consents and documents are signed by appropriate parties- ensure clients understand the Center processes and have opportunity to ask questions.
? Complete new client tours and welcome group.
? Coordinate with BD and Onsite team for AMA reductions.
? Coordinate client activities.
? Receive direct client feedback and ensure needs are met.
? Coordinate Alumni calls and events. Ensure clients are aware of the alumni program prior to dc.
? Manage five oak messaging and engagement.
? Ensure clients are offered/recommended to complete a google review of the center.
Experience:? High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
? 1 Year of experience working with clients with addiction conditions.
? Strong customer service skills.
? Valid Drivers License
? Prefer- Peer Recovery Support Certificate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
