Mow Crew Leader in Training

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial lawn maintenance services, including mowing, string trimming, edging, and property cleanups with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Work alongside a seasoned Crew Leader to learn route planning, time management, and effective team communication.
- Assist in ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment such as zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Participate in daily truck and trailer inspections and help maintain equipment in safe working condition.
- Support a safe work environment by following company safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in commercial lawn maintenance.
- Valid driver's license (ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus).
- Familiarity with commercial mowing equipment and basic turf maintenance practices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience, with an increase upon successful completion of the training program.
