Chief Executive Officer (Cincinnati)
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an addiction treatment facility in the state of Georgia. The CEO role involves overseeing daily operations, staff development, ensuring quality care, managing financial aspects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape organizational culture to align with our mission and values.
- Improve patient care outcomes across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Ensure the hospital meets quality metric standards.
- Lead recruitment of specialized medical staff.
- Expand outpatient services and community health initiatives.
- Foster relationships with local stakeholders and healthcare providers.
- Contribute to financial planning and operational assessments.
- Meet budget goals and enhance revenue streams.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure payor guideline compliance.
- Focus on increasing patient numbers and driving strategic growth plans.
Qualifications required: Master's Degree and leadership experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health residential/inpatient programs.
