Entry Level Fleet Mechanic:

Location: 9842 Duff Ct, West Chester Township, OH 45246

Shift: 1st (8:00 am-4:30 pm)

Pay: $21.00-$25 hourly based on experience (can pay more for more experience!)Location: West Chester, OH.

Job Description

• You’ll work on a variety of fleet vehicles, performing essential maintenance and basic mechanical repairs, with hands-on training and real opportunities for advancement
• Perform oil changes, and basic mechanical repairs on customer fleet vehicles
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.)
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings to senior mechanics or supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with other entry-level fleet maintenance and repair tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of prior experience performing maintenance (Trade School, Automotive experience, or Diesel experience)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong driving record with no incidents occurring within the last 3 years
• Eager to learn new skill sets daily, as well as performing different tasks outside of job description as requested
• Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
