Marketing Manager
Our Financial Services client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team through November 2026, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 2 days a week in Wilmington, DE.
New York City office is another option, but would be fully onsite.
Role Summary
The Payments Marketing team drives scale and engagement for Connected Commerce products and experiences. This role supports end to end strategy and execution of always on and incentive based campaigns across digital payments offerings, including Paze, Digital Wallets, Zelle, Wire Transfers, and other money movement solutions. The contractor will help evolve a holistic Digital Payments marketing strategy, coordinate cross functional efforts, and deliver data driven, measurable outcomes across campaigns and partnerships.

Executive ready storytelling, including business cases, strategy decks, and performance readouts

Additional Qualifications
4 to 6+ years of experience in marketing, go to market, or product marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, ecommerce, or payments
Experience working with analytics and finance partners to inform optimization and investment decisions
Familiarity with test and learn frameworks such as A/B and multivariate testing
Exposure to LLM or AI tools to support research, content development, or analysis
Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and a customer first approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving requirements
Role is located in Wilmington, DE with an alternate location of New York City, with a commitment through November 2026
Responsibilities
Campaign strategy, execution, and optimization by partnering with Commerce Payments Marketing to design, launch, and improve campaigns that drive engagement and business outcomes
Manage creative development, execution timelines, business cases, and performance tracking across initiatives
Support financial health initiatives, including messaging and execution for stored card, subscription cancellation, and other digital payments features in partnership with product and line of business teams
Assist in launching and scaling Sports and Entertainment marketing programs, including partnerships, entitlements, offers, and performance measurement
Develop ongoing and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks in partnership with Analytics, Finance, and agency or internal teams
Synthesize insights from performance data and recommend enhancements to creative, targeting, and incentives
Contribute to a structured test and learn agenda by collaborating on experiment design and leveraging historical insights, competitive research, and AI tools
Coordinate with Product, Analytics, Finance, Corporate Development, Digital Channels, Brand, Card partners, and other stakeholders to drive adoption and usage
Own day to day project management, including plans, risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholder communications, ensuring high quality and on time delivery
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
