Pre-Roll Packaging Production Technician

This is a great entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and want to build a long-term career in cannabis. Candidates with experience in kitchens, hospitality, food manufacturing, warehouse production, or other high-volume team settings are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
- Assist with pre-roll production, packaging, labeling, weighing, and assembly
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support inventory movement, staging, and production documentation
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and consistent job history
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry
