The Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to help lead development on Civitos and push our platform to the next level. You’ll build core product features, design scalable APIs, and own high-impact modules across the stack—from automated document workflows to integrations with underwriters, county data, and CRM systems.

This is a Remote US based position.

What You’ll Do

• Build core application features using Django, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Design APIs, database models, and workflow logic for complex title production processes.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to solve real-world title challenges with code.
• Lead new initiatives such as escrow accounting, document automation, and client portals.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and scaling strategies across the Civitos platform.
• Help evolve Civitos into the industry’s standard operating system for title agencies.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Experience with Django (or similar modern Python frameworks).
• Experience with React (or comparable frontend frameworks).
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GCP or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible and self-directed.**

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate tech.
• Familiarity with OCR, e-signature, or document generation workflows.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of Django REST Framework.
