Marketing & Communications Specialist

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will help support the leadership team with administrative tasks and company-wide initiatives. You will also support and promote Precision Strip and align our branding and communication strategies across 15 locations.

Every day as a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will...

• Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team

• Develop, prepare, and maintain presentation documents for leadership-level presentations

• Participate in projects involving other departments to support company-wide initiatives

· Support communication efforts in the creation and editing of content

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate off-site meeting including venue communication, travel, lodging, and activities

• Lead and execute special event planning including annual summer picnic, Christmas party, company tours, career fairs, etc.

• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization of work
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have prior marketing or graphic design experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience using professional video software including Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a plus
