We are currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Supervisor
Qualifications

An individual should have knowledge of Quality Alert Database; AutoCAD Design software; Microsoft Office Spreadsheet software; Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
Must have at least 2 years Quality Engineering Experience and 1-year Supervisory Experience. Experience with Honda or Toyota Preferred.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Supervises Day to day activities with zone techs, lab techs, and Engineers.
- Determine training needs of subordinates for Management approval
- Trains subordinates as needed per schedules set by Management
- Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities related to product quality and reliability
- Writes annual reviews for Subordinates

- Line Patrols

- Monthly Audits
- QA inspection

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Have the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. And the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Quality Alert Database; AutoCAD Design software; Microsoft Office Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
