The Learning Experience Canton is hiring Infant Teachers for our brand-new state-of-the-art center! We are looking for nurturing patient and dedicated educators who love supporting babies through their earliest developmental milestones.

As an Infant Teacher You Will

• Provide attentive developmentally appropriate care to infants ages 6 weeks12 months
• Create a calming safe and stimulating classroom with consistent routines
• Support early learning through sensory play music movement and language interactions
• Maintain daily records of feeding diapering napping and developmental notes
• Partner closely with families through regular updates and open communication
• Collaborate with team members to uphold licensing standards classroom cleanliness and safety procedures

Ideal Qualifications

• A passion for working with infants and supporting early development
• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare daycare or preschool setting
• CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant care routines

At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
