Shipping Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Manage daily freight cashier duties, including payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Assist customers via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Track shipments, monitor freight progress, and coordinate with warehouse and operations staff.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including moving freight and operating a forklift.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality while customer data.

Shipping Clerk Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• 1–2 years of office, administrative, or logistics experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Forklift experience
• Logistics or CFS experience
