Pay Rate: $17.68 / Hour

- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following store location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or customer concerns in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to location protocol.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior, trespassing, theft-related concerns, and/or other security-related incidents, and document observations in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
- Support access control and opening and closing activities at the location, including observing restricted areas, assisting with crowd flow, and/or reporting maintenance or hazard concerns to site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
