Your Impact on Day One

• Apply coatings to aerospace parts quickly, precisely, and safely.
• Load and unload parts from paint booths, drying racks, and associated equipment.
• Clean and prep components before and after paint.
• Mask parts using blueprints, travelers, or other instructions.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for downstream processing, inspection, or wrapping.
• Inspect work to confirm it meets quality standards.
• Start machines/equipment to run paint or related processes.
• Operate paint-process tools and instruments safely and efficiently, and assist fellow operators when needed.
• Maintain a spotless booth and work area; clean all equipment used in painting.
• Follow material storage and handling procedures without exception.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industrial or automotive painting experience.
• Confidence in inspecting your own work.
• Basic math.
• Written and spoken English fluency.
• Integrity and a safety-first approach.

Schedule

2nd shift | 5-day work week | 8-hour shifts | 2:00pm–10:30pm
