Your Impact on the Team:

In the Copper Electric Wire (CEW) division, you will apply enamel to copper wire used in state-of-the-art EV motors. Your responsibilities include:

• Machine Mastery: Operating specialized equipment and performing your own machine maintenance.

• Independent Problem-Solving: Using your mechanical mindset to troubleshoot and infer complex instructions.

• Forklift Operation: Safely moving materials (we will train and certify you!).

• Safety & Precision: Working comfortably at heights and maintaining high standards for the EV industry.

The Schedule (12-Hour Shifts):

Enjoy a rotating schedule that provides consistent hours and significant overtime:

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat (48 hours).

• Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu (36 hours).
