Administrative Assistant
Position Summary

Shelter Insurance is seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Lima, Ohio office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized office files and records
- Assist with general office and clerical tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the insurance team with administrative needs
- Perform additional office duties as assigned

Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
Pay Rate:
-
$12 - $15 per hour
Hours:
