Make Ready Technician – Hamilton, OH | $19/hr | M–F 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Ready to jumpstart your career in property management maintenance? BGSF is hiring a Make Ready Technician in Hamilton, OH to help prepare apartment units for new residents. If you’re handy, reliable, and ready to work with a great team, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents by completing repairs and cleaning
• Paint interiors and perform drywall patching
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances as needed
• Ensure units meet quality standards before move-in
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must provide your own basic tools
• Previous experience in maintenance or make-ready preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• $19/hour
