CSR/Resupply Representative Contract (possible potential to hire) Onsite in Reynoldsburg OH Pay $20-24/hr We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR/Resupply Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate resupply services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Resupply Rep, you will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction while supporting the overall operations of our organization. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with resupply needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records. Engage in outbound calling, text messages and or email to follow up on client requests and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
