Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Akron, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment catering to geriatric patients in a 28-bed Medical-Surgical unit. The focus is on age-friendly care with the 4Ms approach-What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide 24/7 nursing care to geriatric patients with inpatient acute care needs
• Utilize the 4Ms for age-friendly care: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility
• Deliver care using interdisciplinary team resources to prevent functional decline
• Manage a variety of medical diagnoses including GIB, UTI, trauma, and more
• Perform phlebotomy and draw/maintain IVs
• Participate in interviews with date/time specifications

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS certification required
• Must have float experience
• 12 months of Epic experience in the last year
• 2+ years of recent MS experience
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
