Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager

Employment Type: Full time; direct hire

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 4am to 4pm - Enjoy a 4-day work week with Wednesday to Saturday 4AM to 4PM shifts, allowing for long weekends and work-life balance.

Pay Range: $95K to $110K

About the Role: As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading morning briefings and prioritizing work orders
• Conducting facility inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Ensuring safety compliance and conducting audits
• Analyzing maintenance data for improvement opportunities
• Supervising and developing the maintenance team

Qualifications:

• Education: 4-year degree OR for external candidates only 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance in leu of a 4-year degree
• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs
• Skills: Strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication
• MUST have experience with maintenance management of conveyors and robotics

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 4am to 4pm - four 12-hour shifts

Pay: $95K to $115K annually (depending on experience) with 10% bonus incentive

The compensation for the position is: $ 86,700.00 - $102,000.00
