Administrative Assistant
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Global CEO of Consulting & direct reports, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and handling expenses.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings (agendas, slide decks, minutes, action tracking).
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support with confidential matters and maintain discretion at all times.
- Ensure office supplies, systems, and services are well-maintained and run smoothly.
- Help coordinate team offsites, events, and internal comms initiatives.
- Support onboarding logistics for new starters and offboarding processes for leavers.
- Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and admin workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation across key operational systems.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, or presentations as needed.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring high standards are met.
- Support HR, Finance, or Ops teams with data entry, scheduling, and document prep when required.
- Client Relationship Management software experience (Hubspot) preferred
- Be a reliable point of contact for general administrative support across the wider Consulting team.
- Assist with document formatting, data entry, proofreading, and creating presentations or reports.
- Help coordinate internal team meetings, training sessions, and travel logistics.
- Support with filing, digital systems housekeeping, and maintaining internal documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in OUTLOOK, EXCEL and WORD, some experience with PowerPoint preferred
- Strong professional verbal skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with expense report completion and filing as well as knowledge of how to book travel
- Exceptionally organized and master multi-tasker - ability to keep details organized and stay on time
- Self-starter - can operate and complete tasks without too much direction
- Energetic and proactive - ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and proactive to get work completed quickly and efficiently
- Flexible and adaptable - ability to be flexible with changing schedules and day-to-day needs
- Passionate - excited about the contribution to the team
