French - Operations Support Analyst

Job Description

Our client in the transportation industry is seeking a French-fluent Operations Support Analyst to join their centralized support team. This individual will serve as a key resource for 100 or fewer locations across the Eastern Time Zone (Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ontario, and Quebec). This is a highly customer-service-focused role supporting French-speaking operations, technology needs, and system transitions across the business. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in French, communicates clearly, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a support-driven environment. Previous experience is not required - soft skills, professionalism, and a strong service mindset are what matter most.

Serve as the primary support resource for French-speaking locations, including translation of communications, email responses, and support materials.

Provide centralized operational support for assigned locations, particularly around technology platforms and system transitions.

Identify operational inefficiencies, overpayments, and areas of improvement to help meet KPIs driven by location performance.

Assist with day-to-day tasks involving internal applications, hours and payments conversations, and compliance-related inquiries.

Deliver customer-service-focused support to location managers and teams, ensuring a helpful and supportive tone in all communication.

Participate in organizational initiatives, such as system upgrades or company-wide technology changes (e.g., PC refresh, Active Directory projects, employee portal enhancements).

Prepare, analyze, and maintain data related to location performance and regulatory compliance.

Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to local teams.

Potentially travel to Quebec for business needs.

Support additional special projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

French Fluent - written and verbal

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Excel specifically, basic knowledge

1-2 years of experience in a customer centric role

Strong written and oral communication skills Prior Support Analyst experience
