Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support event planning and execution. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations during various events, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Support the planning team in developing event materials and content.
- Manage registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help with post-event evaluations and follow-ups.
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Experience in marketing or promotions.
- Knowledge of current trends in event management.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
