Title: General Labor
Pay Range : $15.00/hour
Location: Avon, OH
Shift: 1st Shift - 7 AM-3:30 PM- Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:

• Performs duties related to receiving and shipping of products.
• Verifies and organizes the distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepares related documents.
• Maintains shipping/receiving area.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents and the correct mailing labels and ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials, and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse follow approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database's logical inventory.
• Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.

Requirements:

• Materials and Logistics background.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and the ability to train others in processes and procedures.
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
