Physical Therapist - Part Time PT

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Physical Therapist Benefits & Schedule: Schedule: Part -Time - Daytime Locations: Arcola Creek - Madison, OH 401k with Company Match Generous PTO Please call or Adriana Perales at 704-499-7497 or email [email protected]
