Location: Westerville, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (~6:30am–4:00pm)

The Opportunity
Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Surgical Technology Instructor to support a college-based academic program in the Columbus, OH area. This is a full-time, day shift role ideal for an experienced surgical tech looking to transition out of the OR and into an instructional setting.
The Work
- Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction
- Support hands-on student learning and development
- Monitor progress and provide feedback
- Maintain a structured and safe learning environment
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership
The Fit
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
- Minimum 3–5 years of surgical scrub experience
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
