ChemStation NW Ohio, Lima has an opening for a full-time Service Technician.

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the chemical industry . This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing chemical dispensing equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for servicing, routine maintenance, and inventory of key accounts
• Effective communicator, timely follow-up, and attention to detail
• Works to create, strengthen and grow partnerships within key accounts
• Recognize customer needs through excellent listening skills
• Support delivery of product when needed
• Positively support/interact with customers and all ChemStation personnel
• Basic maintenance skills for general service work
• Maintain safety as a top organizational priority

Education / Training / Equivalent Experience:

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Knowledge of MS Office and E-mail computer programs
• Strong verbal and communications skills.
• Ability to work well with others and foster a team environment
• Ability to foster long term relationships with current customers

This position will offer a competitive base salary and company paid expenses. In addition, ample technical support will be provided along with continuous training.

Compensation is based upon previous experience and the ability to succeed within our organization. Health Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance benefits are provided. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
