Call Center Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Representative to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals. Responsibilities * Contact prospective and existing customers by phone. * Present products and services clearly and professionally. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations. * Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities. * Provide a professional and positive customer experience. * Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching. Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
