With 40 retail locations across the U.S. , we are always seeking patient-focused, team-oriented Optometrists to join our growing network. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity ideal for doctors who want a flexible schedule while building relationships with a passionate retail team.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rates
Flexible part-time schedule (2–3 days per week)
Weekend availability preferred (2–3 Saturdays or Sundays per month)

Opportunity to work in multiple retail locations based on availability and the market you live in where we have more than one store
What We’re Looking For:
Doctor of Optometry degree with a current license
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with retail teams
Professional, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough, patient-focused eye exams
Recommend lens solutions directly from the chair
Provide seamless hand-off of patients to the retail team
Partner with Store Managers to ensure exceptional patient experiences
Support the sales floor and build patient relationships during downtime
