Als PreSales Consultant für die Google Cloud Platform (GCP) und Google Workspace (GWS) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebs- und Deliveryteams. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, die besten Google-Lösungen zu identifizieren und zu implementieren. Dabei spielst du eine zentrale Rolle während der gesamten Verkaufsphase und sorgst für eine nahtlose Kommunikation zwischen den funktionalen und geschäftlichen Anforderungen.
Aufgabengebiet
- Kundenbedürfnisse & Lösungsentwicklung: Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace (GWS) -Lösungen, die sowohl technische als auch geschäftliche Ziele berücksichtigen.
- Vertriebsunterstützung : Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb in der PreSales-Phase, Einbringen von Expertise in Kundengesprächen sowie Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen, die den geschäftlichen Mehrwert der Lösungen hervorheben.
- Optimierung & Beratung: Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen bestehender Lösungen und proaktive Beratung zu neuen GCP-Technologien und Best Practices.
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung & Community Engagement: Pflege und Ausbau von GCP/ GWS-Zertifizierungen sowie Verfolgung aktueller Trends durch Konferenzen, Webinare und Fach-Communities.
