Bartender for trendy rockbar/concert venue ($100 signing bonus)

You are going to love working for this fun establishment if you love to socialize, listen to live bands, and have fun with our crazy team! As we have been growing, our bartenders have been making great money and making great networking connections doing it.
HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
~Contagious / outgoing people with an outgoing personality.
~Individuals with attention to detail and multi-tasking mindsets.
~Positive minded individuals that understand that bartending is a casual sales job. (The harder you work and the more people you convince to come to Ground Xero, as opposed to our competition, the more money you will make.)
WE ARE WILLING TO GIVE A $100 SIGNING BONUS 90 days after your date of hire, provided your liquor pours are accurate (details to be discussed) and you have no call offs (without finding a replacement)
Current bartenders make an average of $100-$250 per shift.
Experience is a plus, but not absolutely necessary..
