Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js & Python

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX performance optimization, experience in frontend-backend integration, and a proven ability to debug, refactor, and prepare code for production-ready deployment.

This is a hands-on development position focused on stabilizing the existing application by resolving identified bugs, optimizing UI/UX, improving performance, and ensuring the entire system is production-grade and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Debug, fix, and optimize clearly identified issues across frontend and backend components.

Refactor and enhance existing code to meet production-ready standards for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Work with React (.jsx) to ensure high-performing, consistent, and responsive UI/UX experiences.

Integrate React frontend with FastAPI backend and ensure seamless API communication.

Optimize frontend performance and deployment workflows using Vercel.

Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure production-level quality.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure stable, high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend

3+ years of experience with React.js (.jsx)

Strong understanding of component architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and React hooks

Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as TailwindCSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI

Demonstrated ability to optimize UI/UX performance (load speed, rendering efficiency, responsiveness)

Proficiency with Vercel deployment and frontend build optimization

Backend

2+ years of experience with Python 3 and FastAPI

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous operations, and request handling

Experience in integrating and testing frontend-backend connections

Familiarity with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth) and CORS configurations

Ability to write clean, secure, and production-grade Python code

General

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Ability to refactor existing systems for production stability and maintainability

Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows

Excellent communication, accountability, and time management skills

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or Docker containerization
