Who We're Looking For:

We have two paths we’re open to:

• A highly experienced plumber (10+ years) who can help mentor and lead, relieve some of the high-level technical burden from ownership, and pour into our team
• A motivated, coachable plumber (3–5 years) who’s ready to grow alongside our company and become part of the next generation of leadership here at Quickflow

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with care and craftsmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates provide honest, solution-based recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized vans and workspaces
• Track materials, job time, and notes through our dispatch system
• Stay current on tools, technology, and codes
• Stays flexible as the schedule shifts — because every day in this trade is different

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and modern repair practices
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Comfortable in crawlspaces, attics, and hard to work spaces
• Comfortable using mobile apps and tablets for job documentation, dispatching, and customer communication
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• $25–$35/hr starting pay based on experience & leadership potential
