Shift Details: Saturday - Monday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
- Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
- Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
- Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
What You Bring
- Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
- May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
