**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure atmosphere for staff and shoppers.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unsafe conditions encountered during patrols to the appropriate parties.
+ Assist with controlling access points and monitoring entry and exit within the premises as required by site protocols.
+ Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and promoting adherence to store policies.
+ Work collaboratively with store personnel and local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergency situations.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all incidents, patrol activities, and any unusual occurrences during the shift.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
