Summary

Assist in daily operations in the Admissions Office, by connecting with students, giving campus tours, and other customer service tasks.

Essential Functions

• Act as a greeter for faculty, staff, students, and the public.
• Answer general questions about a student's admission or financial aid account or direct the student to the appropriate staff member.
• Give in person campus tour and monitor the chat feature during virtual tours/information sessions.
• Receive and prepare documents and payments for submission to BGSU Main Campus.
• Various office tasks such as scanning, filing, and shredding.
• Assist with contacting students about missing admission credentials, scheduling orientation, and other routine outreach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in-person at the BGSU Firelands Campus in Huron, OH
