We are a rapidly expanding restaurant group with nearly 50 locations across more than 15 states, seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in Columbus, OH. Since our founding in the early 2000s, we have built our reputation on a commitment to authenticity. Job Responsibilities:
The Culinary Kitchen Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the kitchen, focusing on culinary excellence, team leadership, and financial management. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and educate all kitchen staff on company culture, operational standards, and culinary techniques. Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
- Cost Management: Oversee and manage food and labor costs to stay within budget. Implement cost-control measures through consistent team training and efficient operational practices.
- Quality & Standards: Ensure all food is prepared according to proprietary recipes, served at the correct temperature, and meets our high standards for presentation and quality.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage efficient and accurate ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels of quality products.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly management meetings to align on operational goals and drive team success.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of culinary leadership and financial acumen.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment is required.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and lead a culinary team.
- A strong history of achieving financial targets, including managing food and labor costs.
- Exceptional guest-oriented focus with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
