Project Manager - GE

We are currently recruiting for a Project Management & Operations Individual to join our team at Belcan, in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time direct position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need an Associates of Science degree in related field or 3+ years equivalent work experience. Job Duties: * Principal Responsibilities for a Project Management & Operations Individual include but are not limited to the following: o Support Resource Planning and tracking activities. o Support managing project schedules. o Support development of program plans and Gantt charts. o Organize data, track/trend, and work with team to identify potential issues. o Facilitate change management process within customer product lines. o Host / facilitate Weekly and Monthly Operating Reviews and other meetings. o Be a critical thinking leader who is assertive and can drive actions. • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ability to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (need to be comfortable pushing highly technical and global teams to obtain updates on their (GE) programs, action items, etc.).
• Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple / competing deadlines effectively.
• Must be proficient in Smartsheet formulas and functions, dashboards, and team collaboration.
• Strong aptitude with MS Office products, specifically strong MS Excel skillset (must know how to create pivot tables, simple formula's / equations, etc.). This is imperative for forecasting.
• Experience with some GE Finance Systems (i.e., Spotfire, Clarity PPM, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Some technical, or aerospace background is desired but not required.
• Local to Cincinnati, OH with on-site presence required between Belcan and customer facility.
• Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be U. S. Citizen.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $85,000-$105,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
