* Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Paid Training * Employee Pricing on Vehicle Purchases, Service, and Parts Responsibilities * Sell finance and insurance products to customers. * Produce and submit accurate paperwork for all deals and to secure timely funding. * Set sales objectives, track progress, and exceed goals. * Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations. * Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes. * Adhere to approved product pricing guidelines. * Hire, train, and develop members of the Sales/F&I team.- Provide clear and direct supervision of the business office operational activities related to providing insurance, finance, and extended service programs.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with multiple finance sources, factory, and others.
