Talent LogistiX is seeking HVAC Service Technicians in the Cleveland, OH area to join our winning team! We offer steady work and above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential clients in the greater Cleveland area. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills, good customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr-$40.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Cleveland, OH 44101

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and electrical components.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment per manufacturer and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues and solutions to clients.

HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ohio Refrigeration License (required by the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board).
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and refrigeration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
