Personal Assistant (ASAP)
Job Overview:
Haus Acquisitions is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide daily support to our executive team in
Cincinnati. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing communications.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as requested by executives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
