Business Consultant Sr
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead regulatory and compliance filings from initiation through final submission for NJ and DE regulatory bodies
- Manage filing timelines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate across multiple departments and functional teams to gather, review, and validate required materials
- Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans for each filing
- Facilitate leadership reviews and approvals prior to submission
- Support post-filing activities, including discovery responses and follow-up requests
- Track and manage multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks and escalating issues early
- Assist with ad-hoc regulatory deliverables and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Skills:
- Regulatory compliance and filing management
- Project management methodologies and tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Document management and version control
- Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Risk identification and issue tracking
- Process improvement and workflow optimization
