What You’ll Be Doing

As an Experienced Food Prep team member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality ingredients for daily service, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with various prep tasks, ensuring food is ready for cooking and serving.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and productive kitchen environment.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs to the kitchen team.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

-Maintaining and filling the food line and keeping it clean and stocked

-Monitoring food safety with all customers to prevent cross contamination

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings skill, reliability, and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful, you should have:
- 3 years of experience in food preparation or a similar role.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
