Job Title: Tow Motor Driver (Forklift Operator)
Location: New Franklin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Tow Motor Drivers to join a steel coil storage facility in New Franklin, Ohio. This position is responsible for safely transporting and handling heavy steel coils using industrial forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , with the potential for a pay increase and full benefits upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tow motors/forklifts to move, stack, and organize steel coils
• Safely handle extremely heavy loads with precision and care
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work independently to complete daily tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Required: Prior forklift/tow motor operating experience
• Experience handling heavy or oversized loads preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
• Physically capable of working in an industrial warehouse environment
